Season One | Episode One | Standing Orders Episode Director: C. Jackson The USS Ariana, or TISS Ariana as is her formal designation, is commanded by Captain Savage, for the past week the Captain and crew have been performing a shakedown cruise. After encountering several bugs, fixing most, the Ariana was ordered to proceed to a rendezvous point, to meet with their mission adviser. Starfleet's orders were clear, proceed to the rendezvous point, do not power up the temporal core or TIA until instructed to do otherwise by Starfleet command. That was commands standing order. With a helm that only responds to inputs 90% of the time, long range sensors offline, Starfleet command calls to warn of an ion storm, Echo Fleet's CO is cut off during the transmission as the computer announces the impossible. The First Officer of the Ariana just disobeyed Starfleet's standing orders and began the TIA power up sequence. Our first leap is this coming Monday 7th March at 8PM Community Time. I want to start running a weekly event on our Flight Simulator Server. In the future when the VA system gets released and we've got everything all setup, this even would be the weekly even where we all fly together as 'Elite Air' Pilots.
Before I go ahead and schedule this event, I'd like to know whats best for you all, then try and work out a day/time that works for everyone who'd want to join us.
So please post below any days and times you'd like this weekly event to occur, taking into account the weekly events we already have scheduled on the calendar. We can organise an event for the SIM division for during another divisions event, but I'd prefer not to if we can help it (especially if the other division is one I manage).

Over the course of the last week the Earth's Elite Senior Staff have been advertising a Senior Staff Position. The applications for this position closed at 00:01 Community Time Today. With only 1 applicant, the Senior Staff convened, in PM's, to discuss the application process. At 16:53 Community Time, the Earth's Elite CEO (myself) called a vote. Below is the record of this vote. I call the vote now that if in 7 hours 10-ish minutes (00:01 Community Time, 18th January 2017) no other applicant has submitted his or her candidacy for this position that we should skip phases 3 & 4 and promote Shoot to Community Assistant Manager with a rank increase to Rear Admiral, Lower Half. He will be on the standard 3 month probation period as is the norm for new Senior Staff Officers.
I vote Yay.

And by text message to myself, Acting Partnership Manager, Canio, voted Yay. By a unanimous vote YAY, the remaining phases for the Senior Staff Application Process are hereby waived, this vote has also granted me the privilege to officially offer Senior Captain Shoot the Senior Staff position of Community Assistant Manager. Upon his acceptance a current Senior Staff Officer will read him into the Senior Staff and assign him his appropriate access. He will then serve a 3 month probationary period, after this time, a review will be held by Senior Staff & Shoot, at this time they will be given the opportunity to discuss the position answer any questions, etc, etc. If both sides agree, Shoot will be made a permanent officer of the Senior Staff and promoted to Rear Admiral, Upper Half. As I'm sure he will accept, Congratulations Shoot!

Initially working as a team, a group of colonists land on a strange new planet. Their task, survive. Project TerraFirma will be a Sandbox division stream event on the Minecraft Server. We will use the minecraft mod - TerraFirmaCraft ( http://terrafirmacraft.com/) This mod changes the game massively, you can't just build tools or progress to Iron the second you find it. From what I've seen it's a lot more realistic, having a stone age, a bronze age, etc etc. Things like gravity, that once only mattered for things like sand and gravel, now matter for all objects, food isn't three pork chops from a pig, it's <insert number> lb's of pork, that you can burn if cooked improperly. Now, I have stated here that this will be a Sandbox stream event, this means the event will be streamed live on my Twitch channel. I quite often stream EE events, I sometimes even start an event just to be streamed, this is one of the latter. The event will start this week, Saturday 19th November @ 4PM Community Time. The server will likely be hosted on BOWIE, however I may host this one myself, it all depends on resource requirements and testing. Once we split off into single groups, I may (if hosted on an EE server) open the server up 24/7, so we can all play in between the actual event, at that point the actual event only serving as a date that you know people will be on. Any questions please do post them below, if we're able to do the 24/7 server thing then the event day and time may change, but for the first few weeks it will be at that time as it's a stream event and is being put into my channels programation as a weekly episodic series, like To The Stars! was. EDIT: I have created and tested a server for this on the BOWIE server, it can be run and 24/7, however, it may get moved to the ENTERPRISE Server. This event is greenlit both for the weekly event and a potential 24/7 server later in the game.

If you wish to join in you will need to get the game from steam - http://store.steampowered.com/app/307880/Whilst this game isn't space themed, the event name will remain as the premise doesn't technically change, lost explorers trying to get home.

Okay, To The Stars! Minecraft has been running for 24 Weeks not including the special episode which would take it to 26/7 weeks.
The Finale is set to be Sunday 27th November 2016. Next week we will build the Tier 3 rockets week after we will prep for leaving, we will then shut the server down for a minute and take a backup of the world. When we come back I will jump into creative and build our finale device, as Captain of the mission I will be last to leave and I will light the fuse.
We will not be returning to overworld after we launch our mission to the Asteroid Belt.
To The Stars! Will end on Sunday 27th November 2016 @ 8PM Community Time!
Season 3 will start up in the new year!

The time is almost upon us! As the end of October draws close, EE is beginning to enter it's busiest time of year, one of the biggest, most planned, and most anticipated events is drawing nearer and nearer. The EE Autumn 24 Hour Event. This year the 24 hour event will be on the 11th of November 2016, we'll be starting at 7PM Community Time (GMT) and will be ending 24 hours later. As usual, this event will be streamed live over on Twitch. Twitch.tv/callum603. We are hoping to have the EE 24 Hour Events Dashboard up and running before the event, so you'll be able to watch there, as well as submit quotes etc. Closer to the time, the quotes threads, hours, etc will all be added to this board. As usual, members and stream viewers can give a senior member of staff an order (note, you cannot order them to give you their position, or rank increase, etc) with every £5 you donate to EE. Senior Staff will also have certain challenges to do as milestones for donation goals. As the Autumn event occurs after this years donation campaign has ended, we'll be adding any donations to next years goal of £122. So for the milestones we'll cut that goal in half for this event, the 100% milestone will be for £61. Milestone 25% - £15.25 Milestone 50% - £30.50 Milestone 75% - £45.75 Milestone 100% - £61 Myself and the Senior Staff will post below their milestones, we have the right to exclude a milestone if we so wish to do so.
