Did one ages ago with dad but thought id do one again. Basically you are set challenges at a set airport like shortest landing shortest takeoff ect in the same aircrafts to stop cheating and you award points to the participants and pp is awarded for the winner and such

A race from John o grotes in scotland well nearest airport to it to lands end same thing nearest airport but checkpoints are set you have to clear to move on and there maybe 3 routings to take setup so you can fly either one of the 3. screenshots will be needed as proof you are at the gate/ramp at the airport to clear the checkpoint

We race from the UK to the Azores or canaries with either pistons or old jet aircraft and we see who gets there first and pp is awarded and such. if theres only 3 again ignore pp being given out

Heres a race same principal as the US East to west coast ect idea but we battle it out to see which is better Airbus or Boeing. Theres also another race from the UK to somewhere in Russia I suppose as another test maybe st petersburg or Moscow but some rules of my own
1)US race is 737NG Boeings vs Airbus 2)European race is classic Boeings & Airbus is A320 family or older such as A300/310

If you could come up with some official EE rules regarding FS racing id be happy to host something but we need official rules that work with any sort of race in FS within EE just to make it official and all and no cheating

Is it going to be limited to 2 crew aircraft or do 3 person pilot copilot and flight engineer count?

Why dont we all assign ourselves a callsign when doing any FSX event would make it more fun or something when flying together

Maybe we have a jet race from say east coast of the US to a point in the UK and then the winners get x pp for 1st place same with 2nd and 3rd ect and participants who finish outside the top 3 maybe get 2 or 3 pp for participating

Maybe a jet race using either 2 engined or 4 engined as 2 classes to choose from and we race from say a point in canada via waypoints in the states to Mexico City as the finish

what about a point to point race between east and west coast using props or jets or one class and we all have to make it and log on a page of the forum ATA, ATD ect and a screenshot to say you where there at each waypoint and its the first to arrive at the finish wins. Maybe Bofum with his knowledge of the US could swet up the route and such as rules ect and we race
