Over the course of the last week the Earth's Elite Senior Staff have been advertising a Senior Staff Position. The applications for this position closed at 00:01 Community Time Today.
With only 1 applicant, the Senior Staff convened, in PM's, to discuss the application process. At 16:53 Community Time, the Earth's Elite CEO (myself) called a vote. Below is the record of this vote.
I call the vote now that if in 7 hours 10-ish minutes (00:01 Community Time, 18th January 2017) no other applicant has submitted his or her candidacy for this position that we should skip phases 3 & 4 and promote Shoot to Community Assistant Manager with a rank increase to Rear Admiral, Lower Half. He will be on the standard 3 month probation period as is the norm for new Senior Staff Officers.

By a unanimous vote YAY, the remaining phases for the Senior Staff Application Process are hereby waived, this vote has also granted me the privilege to officially offer Senior Captain Shoot the Senior Staff position of Community Assistant Manager.
Upon his acceptance a current Senior Staff Officer will read him into the Senior Staff and assign him his appropriate access. He will then serve a 3 month probationary period, after this time, a review will be held by Senior Staff & Shoot, at this time they will be given the opportunity to discuss the position answer any questions, etc, etc. If both sides agree, Shoot will be made a permanent officer of the Senior Staff and promoted to Rear Admiral, Upper Half.
