Staff Policies
General Staff
General staff consist of the Earth's Elite administrators and moderators. They are responsible for the general day to day running of the community, working under the assistant/community manager. These members of staff hold admin/mod access across all EE services, they have the ability to setup and run community events and are encouraged to do so if they have something they wish to do within the community.
General staff will be reviewed by the assistant/community manager on an on going basis.
Senior Staff
Senior Staff are ultimately responsible for the governance and running of Earth's Elite. This team consists of the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Community Manager, & Assistant Community Manager. These seniors members will oversee the general staff and ensure the community continues to run smoothly, they are held accountable to the members of Earth's Elite. It is the responsibility of the Senior Staff to enable the general staff to carry out their duties, this includes but is not limited to: securing funding, ensuring community growth and sustainability, technical asset allocation and management, & legal compliance.
Special Community Events
Special Community Events such as 24 Hour events, celebration weekends, or any other event categorised as a special community event should be attended by all staff at some point if able.
Staff Targets
General Staff and Senior Staff will be issued with targets for the full year. These targets will be aimed at ensuring growth and sustainability. They will be discussed with each staff member during scheduled meetings and agreed by both sides.
