I will be on LOA 23rd-25th of May and during that time I would like to have Admiral Archer as my interim, effective immediately to the 26th

Interim's will follow the Chain of Command.  As Khta is your direct superior and Community Manger, she'll be the one directly responsible for watching over your division whilst you are on LOA.
