Any Backstory you wish to share about your character:
Sheia was born on Cait to a Caitian Female and Male, although she was born on this planet, she and her parents moved to Earth so they could try and live a happy life but it wasn't to be. When Sheia got more older, she was more like her Mother and not her Father, but when she was asking her how she wanted her to be, she told her to just be the person you want to be and you'll always have a mother who is proud of you.
When she reached the age of 18, although before then during her days before she came of age she was studying a lot of cultures and histories, to cultivate multiple differences between a range species. Although she herself being completely feline, she was able to understand and relate to all sides regardless of how she herself looked. Considering that being an anthropomorphic cat had it's advantages.
When Sheia was 18, she got onto a Caitian Cargo Ship to leave her home world, although she was in fact brighter and more knowledgeable in multiple fields during her time on her home world, as to which then she decided to teach the other Kittens on the Cargo Ship.
Around 20 days had passed whilst Sheia was still on the Cargo Ship, she was still reading more on the different cultures on her data-pad until the CCS Engineer asked for her help. This was due to the Cargo Ships previous Engineer being Killed In Action during a delivery route to another system from natural causes. Although she wouldn't question the methods of the next CCS Officer in charge, she would make public note of it for the record.
40 days passed by, and Sheia was finding it more ridiculous that they hadn't stopped at the nearest docking station. Although Sheia's knowledge about some systems helped with the CCS, she found it annoying that she wasn't making an earner from being their "Voluntary Engineer".
When the Cargo Ship had arrived at the nearest docking station by command of the CCS Officer in charge who was also piloting the vessel, Sheia decided to get off the ship but she also waved at the somewhat new friends she had made even if they weren't exactly talkative. She walked around the docking station, looking at the different kiosks yet somehow intrigued by not just how they were set up but also how they were run. Sheia came across an airlock which had a shuttle docked she didn't recognize, she looked up at it's destination and her head tilted slightly, it's destination was "Earth" a System or yet Planet she had not heard of. Before she made the decision to get on the shuttle, she ran to the nearest call point and made a subspace communication to her parents on Cait (Ferasa), she asked them about Earth but they had never heard of the System. This made her wonder, so she stopped the subspace communication and with her small shoulder-pack, which only contained her clothing as well as some of the tools from the Cargo Ship, she got onto the Shuttle heading for Earth.
The trip to Earth took 3-6 months, so during that time she decided to sleep and dream, wondering what the Planet was going to be like, whether it was going to be like her planet or was it just going to be another simple planet that has people. When the Shuttle docked down at the landing platform on Earth she woke up, she got off the Shuttle and rubbed her eyes, but when her eyes were fully open, she couldn't believe what she was seeing.
At this point, she decided to walk around yet she wasn't exactly familiar with the other species as she didn't recognize them. She was walking through the streets, until she saw a big building, her ears twitched with curiosity as she walked over to it. She could not believe her eyes, as she tilted her head back looking up, the building itself must have been at least 100 or so feet high, in her mind this was incredible, such big buildings which made the buildings on her planet look like small huts in comparison.
As she walked inside the building, there were a lot of people, this made her feel a bit uneasy, they all looked at her as she walked past them until she reached the front desk to apply to join Echo Fleet.

I've given you your second position, second officer isn't available as a role that people can apply for, I didn't realise I had put 'Apply Now' on it when I created the manifest ages ago.
