It will log the request correctly, and you and a member of our media staff will be able to discuss it fully, if needed.
For a forum signature, only your community rank may be used, which currently is 'Petty Officer (Third Class)'.
@Scott, think we might need to come up with a signature design that we can roll out to everyone, as your the media director, I'll leave the design up to you.

Also would it be possible to have some sort of alert come up when somebody requests something? Like a member alert or generated email or PM or something?
@Those asking for signatures, it might be a couple of weeks whilst we design new ones, as the current ones were created by the previous head of media, but they will get done!

The system will send an email to the department director, so media(at)ourdomain.co.uk whenever a request is sent in.
