Maybe we have a jet race from say east coast of the US to a point in the UK and then the winners get x pp for 1st place same with 2nd and 3rd ect and participants who finish outside the top 3 maybe get 2 or 3 pp for participating

Maybe a jet race using either 2 engined or 4 engined as 2 classes to choose from and we race from say a point in canada via waypoints in the states to Mexico City as the finish

what about a point to point race between east and west coast using props or jets or one class and we all have to make it and log on a page of the forum ATA, ATD ect and a screenshot to say you where there at each waypoint and its the first to arrive at the finish wins. Maybe Bofum with his knowledge of the US could swet up the route and such as rules ect and we race

Found out today after a rather big steam purchase and random ones cropping up here and there over the Xmas break has made me distrust Steam as a secure platform for buying things on so from today im no longer using steam until further notice so expect me to join in less with steam related EE events and such. Ill still be around to play with people but just letting you know about myself being hacked along with a few other steam friends

Was toying with the idea today flying newly installed aircraft and was thinking maybe a session with a single airline throughout the years perhaps. We could have a mix of aircraft flying from the airline take BA iv been playing with my DC10 in Landor livery but you could have other liveries or special schemes like the world tails, chelsea rose, olympics, blue peter, red nose, panda, the latest crest one, farewell 757 ect and have like airline action if Callum ever gets around to installing the ATC module could be loads of fun. I think this could be fun in a few ways as it would give us something to do maybe install that thing also Callum talks about he uses and we get a proper EE airline going where we have a manifest ranks and we log our flights into a system on the EE site perhaps with a login. I think it would be fun trying to play a virtual airline within EE and we pick the fleet to fly say like the fleet of EE Airways is 737NG, DC10, 717, 777 (threw this in for Bofum), A330/340, A320 and sone regional jets like ATRs or Embraers (like American Eagle thing).
I suppose this could work maybe with the rank system you have a minimum flight hours to achieve the next rank and then depending on your flights and amount of flights an EE Airways fleet captain can promote you to the next rank. So we say have Callum and Bofum as fleet captains then the rest of us start out from the bottom and work our way up to captain and possibly senior captain for a certain aircraft type. I think we should have a livery perhaps or use a single airline livery when flying these EE Airways flights and we each get an official EE Airways callsign assigned to us to fly with allowing us be more professional for example Callum is EE1 so all flights logged will be EE1 callsign and so forth. Maybe we have perhaps a training captain also to train us on various tricky airport approaches for example like Maderia or Eaglevale and we choose a main Base to base the airline out of so we all fly from there and then expand after a while to another Base we can operate out of. It sounds a good idea iv been toying with the idea for a while since FS2004 when i kind of unofficially ran my own Virtual airline with some friends. It was fun whilst it lasted then we went our separate ways and it sort of wound down till it was just me racking up the most flights in a 146 clocking up about 3000 flights before some returned and we ran it for a few months before closing it down as RL kicked in for most of the others and I got bored being the only one logging flights so we wound it down and it dissapeared into history. I feel if we are going to keep the FSX division open we could use this as a sort of event thing to create more events in the calender for this division and have more fun with it. We could have a couple of times a year we have a sorta meet and we show off and could include competitions and training flights between airports and other things but I think this might kick off if either Callum or Bofum or both are interested in the concept 23

Just an idea maybe a event of flying one type of manufacturer like Airbus Boeing ATR Embraer CRJ Q Bompardier ect and we fly to certain airports and try and see how many trips we can make before the timer runs out like say Aberdeen - EDI for example flying Airbuses

This is a wied one i was thinking you choose something like a UFO ro soemthing out of a tv or movie and we fly from point a to point b in it and race eachother along the wat say Exeter to Aberdeen via somewhere for a refuel stop maybe could be loads of fun seeign what peopel turn up in

Was thinking this one be in a vintage aircraft and we try and see who is the first to cross from the UK to America or from UK to somewhere in Europe maybe. Just to fly something vintage for a change like Callum could use a freeware 737-200 for example and try and beat us there in it or I could be flying say a phantom and chase Callum to try and beat him there but it has to be vintage and we could choose a type/era perhaps like prop/ww2 or just general flying from a uk airport in a vintage aircraft just to have fun flying it

Maybe we do some sort of race that goes London - CDG - TXL - AMS - CPH - ARN - OSL - EDI - London for example and we race for points or a timed race type thing or something and we have props or jets or we make it jet powered civil airliners to mix it up a bit

What about like an airport race using prop poered aircraft and we race from airport to airport land taxi gate taxi takeoff and things so we know no ones cheating and we time it and hand out points for 1st 2nd and 3rd place winners that finish the course
something like STN - EMA - MAN - LPL - IOM - DUB - LBA - ABI - EDI - NCL - STN for example as a race 28

What about a christmas event where one of us has santas sleigh and we try and beat it somewhere via waypoints such as airports and then it has to return to the start after landing taxi to gate the taxi to runway takeoff ect for each waypoint then we try and beat it back. If it succeds then it wins maybe points or soemthing maybe lie x amout for santa winning then more if non santa wins

Mentioned this on last nights event and got some interesting comments on voice chat so my question is what about an Airshow later in the year maybe each year the Earth Elite virtual airshow on set dates where we give players time to choose an aircraft and to lean the routine to display and we pick a place and show off our skills
