Simulation's Division Rules
Look: we all like games.
Games have rules (or they wouldn't be very playable would they?) and we're no different here.
Free Flight is a lot more fun if we honor a few simple tenets:
First: Willfully crashing into another pilot is just bad form (and had been known to crash the server) so Reckless Endangerment is not allowed.
Second: If there is a controller in the ATC position, the airspace associated with the airport (within 10 miles) belongs to the controller. The whole reason the controller is sitting there is to provide services another player desires. Follow controller instructions, If you'd rather not, spawn elsewhere.
Third: If you are acting as ATC, do so as realistically as you know how. That is the only position we take seriously around here.
Fourth: Formation flying is only allowed by mutual consent between the pilots involved. Forming up on someone unexpectedly creates trouble (and TCAS alerts)
Last: On Teamspeak or game chat, use PTT (push-to-talk) when you need to speak aloud. Hearing your Mom yelling at you to haul out the trash or listening to your phone conversations with your mates harshes the high of Free Flying.
