The Big Community Challenge is back, but this time it's the teams variant!
February 10th will see the first challenge, this first challenge will be whats called a team leader challenge. Each team will go head to head with each other, the last person standing, wins the team leader position for next week, however, with great power, comes great responsibility, the following week it will be your decision to decide who goes up for the challenge, you will have to decide this with your team during the week and confirm your teams contestant by 4PM on the Friday before the event. The Team Leader cannot compete in the weeks challenge and if the teams chosen contestant fails to attend, the team forfeits the challenge. At the end of the challenge, one team will be victorious, the losing team will have to lose a member. The Team Leader alone will make this decision, but they may converse with their team whilst making this decision, they will have only 5 minutes to make the decision and announce who will be leaving and why.
You team members don't need to attend each challenge, all team members must attend the team leader challenges, and the contestant and team leader must attend the team challenge, the other team members need only come for moral support and to potential persuade their team leader who they should evict if their team loses.
If you wish to join this community challenge, you should come along at 4PM Community Time until 5PM Community Time Saturday 3rd January to sign up, during this time you will be randomly assigned to a team, this is the team you'll remain in until the finals.
The winner of the teams challenges will receive 50000 Promotion Points & £10 Cash Prize, the Runner Up will receive 25000 Promotion Points, and each evicted member of the winning team will receive 100 Promotion Points.
